The Su-33 is a good standalone simple module that you'll probably get a good amount of enjoyment from. Also, the F-15C should not be underestimated for dogfight. I would also suggest looking into modules like the mod A-4E. It is a fully clickable module which is higher quality than the F-15C and the Su-33 and is completely free.
