As long as the game is open, my mouse fails to click around 80% of the time. So if I alt-tab to do something, I need to click something around 5-6 times until the click finally works. Same thing happens in-game if I try to play with keyboard (spinning or sliding takes a lot of clicks to finally register). Zero issues with frame rate or controls while using my 360 controller though.
