The gameplay of Far Cry 4 is similar to that of Far Cry 3, however this game emphasizes on the act of hunting local animals. Loads of new weapons and vehicles can be used through the span of this game. Far Cry 4 also ups the gameplay in contrast to Far Cry 3 by offering rideable elephants. So I started my FC journey with 4 on the PS3, then decided to go back to 3, since I had never played any FC besides 4. And boy is it tough! I miss some of the Far Cry 4 mechanics! Like throwing bait, or using the grappling hook! I know a LOT of people say Far Cry 3 is their favorite, but between the two I've played, I have to say I prefer 4.
